951aa17bd9 - added color_cast from Vec4f to Vec4i and Vec4ui 
- added colori and colorAi functions to BaseExporter which return Vec3i and Vec4i respectively
- adjusted the PLYWriter to use colori and colorAi for writing ascii files

a14aa7a2de Avoid failure of file writing if face colors or face normals are requested for PLY files. We just skip these options at this point.

efa67fbcfc Commit of the debugged version of Alex' improvement to OpenMesh. File i/o is now done via istream/ostream instances such that direct buffer writing to files (serialization) will also be possible in future releases. 
Code is tested.
